Yes, you must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to purchase alcohol. A valid government-issued ID will be required upon delivery to verify your age.
How long does shipping take for premium bottles?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For rare or vintage collections, we offer specialized climate-controlled shipping which may take up to 7 business days to ensure product integrity.
What is your return policy for spirits?
Due to safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages once the seal is broken. If your bottle arrives damaged or leaked during transit, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to select countries where international alcohol importation is permitted. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout to see if your region is eligible.
How are the bottles packaged for transit?
We use proprietary, eco-friendly inflatable cushioning and heavy-duty corrugated boxes specifically designed for glassware to prevent breakage during the shipping process.
