At The Spirits Room, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to make it right. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Review and Approval
Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened bottles in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
